HOW MUCH ARE THE CLASSES?
Classes are booked in blocks.

DO I NEED ANY EQUIPMENT?
You will need a yoga mat, a stretchy band, a small/flat cushion and a towel to fold up for use as a potential support for some exercises.
It's always a good idea to bring some water to sip.
WHY SHOULD I CHOOSEÂ PILATES SOUTH WEST CLASSES?
Classes are welcoming and friendly. Participants are encouraged to work at a level appropriate to their needs and goals.
Exercises can be adapted for injuries/conditions and advanced for those wanting more of a challenge. Highly qualified instructor.
HOW DO I BOOK?
Please contact Sarah Grey, stating which class(es) you are interested in joining. You will then be sent a health questionnaire and details of how to pay. If the class you want to join is full, you can be added to the waiting list.
