HOW MUCH ARE THE CLASSES?
Classes are booked in blocks.

DO I NEED ANY EQUIPMENT?
You will need a nonslip yoga mat, a stretchy band, a small/flat cushion and a couple of towels to use as support/feedback for some exercises. Weights are encouraged but optional.
It's always a good idea to bring some water to sip.
WHY SHOULD I CHOOSEÂ PILATES SOUTH WEST CLASSES?
Classes are welcoming and friendly. Participants are encouraged to work at a level appropriate to their needs and goals.
Exercises can be adapted for injuries/conditions and advanced for those wanting more of a challenge. Highly qualified instructor.
HOW DO I BOOK?
Please contact Sarah Grey, stating the class(es) you are interested in joining. You will be sent a health questionnaire and details of how to pay IF the class is suitable for you based on your answers. If the class you want to join is full, you can be added to the waiting list.
