1-1 Sessions
Do you want a more focussed approach on your own goals?
Perhaps you'd like to get to grips with certain exercises or principles of Pilates; or perhaps you have a particular injury or condition and want to know more about modifying exercises from the group classes; or perhaps you simply prefer having bespoke exercises with accompanying notes/videos.
1-1 sessions are £65 per hour, paid in advance
