Standing Balance & Mobility Class

Mondays, 9:15am on Zoom

Gentle but effective movements to get you feeling ready to start your week. (15 mins)

Improve your balance and your mobility in a quick and easy class.

NB: Recordings available

Body Conditioning & Classical Pilates Class

Mondays, 9:35am on Zoom

Mat-based Pilates at a higher level. May not be suitable for certain spinal/joint conditions. (45 mins)

Pilates for Neuro: Standing & Seated Class

Mondays, 12pm in Hemyock (BHLAC)

For those living with neurological conditions, such as Parkinson's Disease, M.S. or Stroke Recovery. (45 mins)

All exercises standing / seated with a focus on walking and balance using specialist techniques from
The Neuro Studio to encourage better movement patterns.

Mixed Ability Pilates

This class will help you get the most out of Classical Pilates whether you're a complete beginner or someone who knows their way around The Hip Twist. There's a level for everyone in these classes. (1 hour)

Suitable for anyone happy to exercise down on the mat in varying positions.

Intermediate Pilates:

Mondays, 7:15pm in Burlescombe

This class takes things up a notch as we perfect the more familiar Classical Pilates exercises as well as tackling some of the more challenging positions and exercises from Joseph Pilates' original repertoire. (1 hour)

Suitable for those with experience in Mat-Based Pilates. Application Only.

Standing & Seated Class:

Wednesdays, 10:30am in Burlescombe

For those who don't wish to be on the floor, but still want to improve their strength, mobility and balance. (45 mins)

All exercises either standing or seated.


Mixed Ability Pilates on Zoom:

Thursdays, 9:15am on Zoom

Perfect for those who want to do Pilates more often but are short on time. (20 mins)

Modifications/alternatives to exercises given throughout.
